2024 is a jubilee year for The Voice of Love Orchestra (Orchestra Glasul Iubirii), an ensemble that performs within the Elim Christian Pentecostal Church of Timișoara, Romania. We plan to celebrate these 50 years of music making in a special way.

The anniversary celebration will take place on Sunday, the 13th of October, within Elim Church in Timișoara. This will be preceded by a gathering that will bring together past and present members of the orchestra, under the motto “The orchestra, as it was in the old days”, which will take place on the 12th of October.

The gallery of photographs, scores and written testimonies will be available for viewing throughout October.

With both local and international music in the repertoire, one of the projects of the Jubilee is to record as many songs as possible in audio and video format. Through this project we aim to reach all people with quality religious music, ensuring that the good news of the Gospel can have a social, educational, cultural and spiritual impact in the life of the whole community.

With the Album project we want to create a book of the orchestra that will include in print and digital format information from the year 1974 up to the present, such as: history, photos, testimonies, events, etc. The Golden Book, a component of this project, also called the Book of Honour, will be available to all Jubilee participants for inscriptions and signatures.

Social Media is another jubilee project and addresses several main themes such as the creation of the orchestra’s website and the orchestra’s visibility on audio and video content sharing platforms.
